I thought I’d give a quick email to praise your staff! I took my daughter to fassnidge park within the last week where I had seen members of your staff taking children out for a trip to the park and they were absolutely incredible, professional and the interaction the staff had with the children was absolutely out of this world! You can see they really take pride in their line of work and want nothing but the best in helping the children develop! I walk past the nursery taking my children to nursery school and I more often than not see the interaction in the morning of staff welcoming children and speaking to the parents and it’s always so warm and happy! What a wonderful team you have!

We are absolutely thrilled with the care and the wonderful support that the nursery showed to our little toddler. Being a lockdown had baby, we were nervous that she would adapt slower to nursery and being with other children. All the staff are just delightful and helped our daughter feel loved, and eased her in adapting to the new surroundings while having lots of fun and making more friends. This made it so much easier for us parents knowing that she is happy and learning many things while she is there. Her development has been extraordinary since she started nursery and she is not even two years old. We are very grateful for everything!

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 11 months old, and we could not be happier with our experience. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and truly passionate about what they do. From the very beginning, they have made my son feel safe, supported, and happy, which means everything to us as parents. Communication is one of the nursery’s greatest strengths. We receive detailed termly reports, and the daily app updates are excellent, keeping us informed about meals, naps, activities, and photos. It really helps us feel connected to his day. The team always takes the time to talk through any concerns, milestones, or changes with us, and they go further by offering helpful advice and support. I honestly feel I would be lost without them. Conversations at pick-up never feel rushed, and it is clear they genuinely care about each child as an individual. The environment is clean, welcoming, and full of engaging resources and activities that support learning and development in a fun way. It is evident that the team works hard to build strong relationships with both children and parents. Knowing our son is not only learning but also being nurtured by people who truly care about him gives us complete peace of mind. We are so grateful to have found this nursery.

I just wanted to say that you all are truly amazing! You have been taking care of my son since he was 1 year old and since the first day every single person who works / worked at the nursery has been absolutely fantastic. Being a mother of a trilingual child myself, I know from my own experience how much support and encouragement my son has from the nursery staff. There are many members of staff who speak multiple languages themselves, and they are always happy to speak in a different language to my son. There is something amazing I could say about each and every member of your team but I believe that my son’s love for all of you is the best feedback possible and the fact that he is always excited to go to nursery speaks louder than any words. An amazing nursery. The staff are wonderful, living and caring. We are never worried when we drop our daughter in the morning, as we know she is in safe hands. When we pick her up after the day she is always so happy and excited. It doesn't matter if she has been there the whole day, or just for morning sessions, she is always happy. We would not have asked for a better nursery. So glad she is there.
