My name is Sukhy and I am the proud Owner and Director of Early Years Nurseries.

I opened my first nursery setting in 2017, which quickly became a great success and inspired me to expand and grow our nursery group. Prior to this, I worked in the banking industry for over 15 years, where I developed strong financial, operational, and management skills. I later took a career break to raise my two children, Malkit and Harleen, an experience that further strengthened my passion for high quality childcare.

The idea of opening my own nursery first came to me in 2014, when my daughter Harleen started nursery. I found myself becoming actively involved, supporting activities and taking a keen interest in how the setting was run. Having always been deeply invested in my children’s education, I saw an opportunity to create a nurturing, high quality environment for children and families within the community.

As both a parent and a business leader, I bring a balanced perspective, combining professional expertise with a genuine passion for early years education. I am committed to ensuring our nurseries provide a safe, inspiring, and enriching environment where children can thrive, and where families feel supported every step of the way.
