Hi, I am Sandrina and I work as a Nursery Practitioner in the baby room. As a mum, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are learning and are in safe, caring hands.
I have completed my Level 3 qualification in Childcare, supported by the team, which has helped me develop my knowledge and confidence in my role.
I really enjoy my role because I have the opportunity to support children every day as they grow, learn, and begin to develop their own personalities. I love planning engaging activities and seeing their excitement when they achieve something new or start building friendships.
I am passionate about creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where babies feel secure, valued, and supported in their early development. I also enjoy building strong relationships with parents and working in partnership to support each child’s individual needs.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as going for walks.
