My name is Ripha and I have many years of experience working in the Early Years sector. I began my career within school settings before moving into the nursery environment a few years ago, where I have continued to develop my passion for supporting young children.

I am a friendly and approachable individual with a wide range of skills in childcare. I am organised, methodical, and have a strong attention to detail. I am passionate about nurturing children’s learning and development, ensuring they are supported during these important early stages of their lives.

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and I am always keen to continue learning and developing my skills further. I am adaptable, enthusiastic, and enjoy being creative, which allows me to plan engaging and meaningful activities for the children.
