Hi, I am Nancy and I am from India. I joined the team in May 2023 with no previous experience in childcare, and since then I have developed a strong understanding of child development and the important role we play in supporting children as they grow.

I am currently enrolled in my Level 3 Childcare qualification, which is helping me build my knowledge and confidence each day. I enjoy learning new skills and gaining hands on experience within the nursery environment.

Every day brings new opportunities to learn and develop, and I am proud to be working towards a career in childcare. I look forward to continuing my journey, expanding my knowledge, and making a positive difference in the lives of the children in our care.
