Hi, I am Maddison and I work as a Nursery Assistant. I am grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive team. I always aim to bring positivity, patience, and creativity into the nursery, helping each child feel confident, valued, and ready to explore the world around them.
I enjoy supporting children’s development through engaging activities, encouraging their independence, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. I am particularly interested in supporting children’s communication, social skills, and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel safe and secure in their environment.
