I am Cristina and I am the Area Business Manager, supporting two nursery settings.

I began my journey in Early Years in 2018 and, since then, I have developed a strong understanding of both the operational and educational aspects of running a successful nursery. Over the years, I have built positive and supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff, which I believe are at the heart of a thriving nursery environment.

In my role, I work closely with both teams to ensure the nurseries operate smoothly, deliver high quality care and education, and remain fully compliant with all statutory requirements. I am passionate about supporting staff development, maintaining high standards, and creating environments where children can learn, grow, and feel valued.

I take great pride in contributing to the overall success of the nurseries and supporting the teams to provide the best possible experience for every child and family.
