Hi, I am Caitlin and I am the Deputy Room Leader in the Toddler Room. Over the past years working at the nursery, I have built strong skills and confidence through hands-on experience and ongoing professional development. During this time, I also completed my Level 3 qualification, which has deepened my understanding of child development and strengthened my practice in early years care.
I am genuinely passionate about working in childcare and supporting children as they learn, grow and develop. I enjoy taking initiative, supporting my team and contributing to a safe, nurturing and enriching environment where every child can thrive.
