My name is Alina and I joined the team in 2022. Prior to this, I worked as a Primary School Teacher for five years, and from 2015 to 2022 I was a Lecturer at the Institute of Postgraduate Teacher Education in Ukraine.
Working with babies is incredibly rewarding, as it allows me not only to support their development, but also to learn from them. They remind me of the importance of kindness and the joy found in simple moments.
A quote that inspires my work in education is, “It takes a teacher a lifetime to prepare for a good lesson.” I truly believe in continuous learning, and working with children motivates me to keep developing both personally and professionally.
